V73 Privacy Policy

V73 is an AI-assisted market setup app operated by V73 Technologies LLC. It provides market-setup information, alerts, portfolio review tools, user-reported trade records, educational guidance, settings, and related app functionality.

This policy explains the categories of information V73 may process, why they are used, and the choices available to users.

1. Private Installation Identity

V73 currently operates without a username-and-password account. Each supported app installation receives a private installation identity. The backend may store a one-way installation key and installation-scoped records so supported portfolio, history, alert, setting, decision, notification, and diagnostic information remains separated from other installations.

A normal installation and a copy installed in Secure Folder, a work profile, another device profile, or another supported device may have separate installation identities and separate app records.

The raw installation credential is for app-to-server authentication and should not be shared. When support needs to identify an installation, V73 may display a separate Installation Support Code that is safer to provide to support.

2. Information V73 May Process

Portfolio and Record-a-Trade Data

V73 may process installation-scoped portfolio values, holdings, cost-basis information, and trade records entered or confirmed by the user. A user-reported trade record may include the symbol or instrument, action, amount or quantity, price, date or time, and related app history when those fields are provided or derived for app functionality. Recording a trade in V73 does not submit, verify, reverse, or settle an order with a broker or exchange.

Market Setup and App Activity Data

V73 may process market-setup status, alerts, app settings, user-facing decision states, watch-only evaluation information, diagnostics, confirmation or SKIP/deny decisions, and other app actions needed to operate the service and prevent duplicate or repeatedly handled alerts.

Notification Data

To deliver notifications, V73 may process an Expo push token or similar device notification identifier. Users should not send raw push tokens to support.

Security and Integrity Data

V73 may process app, device, request, installation, and integrity-related signals supplied by the operating system, Google Play, security services, or V73 infrastructure to authenticate supported installations, detect abuse or tampering, protect backend access, investigate reliability problems, and enforce security controls. These signals may include integrity verdicts or technical identifiers; V73 does not use them to place trades.

Support Requests

If you contact support, V73 may process the information you voluntarily provide, such as your reply email address, device details, Installation Support Code, screenshots, error messages, approximate dates or times, and the contents of your request.

Local App Storage

V73 may store installation identity, settings, alerts, session information, portfolio state, decision state, and related app data locally so the app can preserve its state when closed, reopened, or updated.

4. Brokerage and Financial Credentials

V73 does not require users to provide brokerage passwords, exchange passwords, bank login credentials, brokerage API keys, seed phrases, recovery codes, or similar trading-platform credentials. Do not send these items, a raw V73 installation credential, or a push token to V73 support.

V73 does not hold customer funds or securities and does not automatically place real trades.

V73 does not sell user data and does not use app data for third-party advertising or ad targeting.

7. Service Providers and Disclosure

Information may be processed by service providers necessary for app functionality, security, hosting, app builds, push notifications, support, and related infrastructure. V73 may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, V73, or the service.

8. Security

V73 uses HTTPS for supported backend communications and installation-scoped controls to separate supported app records. Security and integrity checks may be used to reduce unauthorized or modified-client access. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Retention and Deletion

V73 keeps app functionality data only as long as reasonably needed to operate, support, secure, evaluate, and improve the service, unless a longer period is required by law or legitimate business needs. Some decision or security records may expire automatically; limited records may be retained for security, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, backup-integrity, or accounting purposes when appropriate.

To request deletion of installation-related data, visit the V73 Data Deletion page or email support@v73technologies.com. When available, include the Installation Support Code shown in V73 Settings. When practical, make the request before clearing app storage or uninstalling, because those actions may remove the local identity needed to locate installation-specific records.

V73 provides informational market-setup tools, educational material, alerts, and portfolio review functionality. V73 does not guarantee profits, does not provide financial advice, and does not automatically place trades. Users remain responsible for their own trading decisions and for actions taken through their own trading platform.

11. Age Requirement and Minors

V73 is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. Persons under 18 may not use V73 or its related services.

V73 does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from persons under 18. If V73 Technologies LLC learns that information from a person under 18 has been collected in connection with V73, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it where appropriate.

12. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as V73 changes. Material updates will be posted with a revised date.
