V73 support will never ask you to send a brokerage password, exchange password, API key, recovery code, seed phrase, bank login credential, raw V73 installation credential, Expo push token, or other trading-platform login information.
What to Include
To help us respond faster, include:
- Your preferred reply email address
- Your device type and operating-system version, when relevant
- A brief description of the issue or request
- Screenshots, exact error messages, and approximate dates or times when available
- The Installation Support Code shown in V73 Settings when support needs to identify one specific installation
Separate App Installations
V73 currently operates without a username-and-password account. Each supported copy of the app may have its own private installation identity, including a normal installation and a copy installed in Secure Folder, a work profile, another device profile, or another supported device.
Separate installations may have separate tracked portfolios, histories, settings, decision records, and notification registrations. They are not automatically merged.
Before Uninstalling or Clearing Storage
If you need installation-specific support or deletion, contact support before uninstalling V73 or clearing its storage when practical. Clearing storage can remove the local installation credential and Installation Support Code used to locate installation-scoped backend records.
Record a Trade
V73 may let you record a trade that you completed on your own broker, exchange, or trading platform. Recording or confirming a trade in V73 updates supported V73 portfolio/history records using user-reported information; it does not submit, verify, reverse, or settle a brokerage order.
Trading and Setup Questions
V73 provides informational market-setup alerts and monitoring tools. V73 does not guarantee profits, does not provide financial advice, does not hold customer funds, and does not automatically place real trades. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and for actions taken through their own trading platform.
Age Requirement
V73 is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. Persons under 18 may not use V73 or its related services.
