V73 Terms and Trading Disclaimer

V73 is operated by V73 Technologies LLC. By using V73, you agree to the following terms and disclaimers.

1. Informational Use Only

V73 provides AI-assisted market-setup information, alerts, portfolio review tools, educational guidance, diagnostics, and related app features for informational purposes only.

V73 does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice.

2. No Profit or Accuracy Guarantee

Trading involves risk. V73 does not guarantee profits, returns, performance, accuracy, availability, or any specific trading outcome.

Any V73 market setup, alert, suggested amount, user-facing status, market state, educational explanation, or diagnostic output should be independently reviewed before a user makes a decision.

3. User Responsibility and Manual Control

Users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions and for actions taken through their broker, exchange, or trading platform.

V73 does not automatically place real trades. Current V73 alerts and setup outputs are designed for manual user review.

When a user records or confirms a trade inside V73, the app may update that installation's tracked portfolio and history using the user's reported information. A V73 record does not submit, verify, reverse, settle, or guarantee execution of an order with a broker or exchange.

Market conditions may change between an alert and a user's action. Users are responsible for checking their own trading platform and entering accurate trade information.

4. No Broker, Exchange, Custodian, or Adviser Relationship

V73 is not a broker, exchange, bank, custodian, registered investment adviser, financial adviser, or trading venue. V73 does not hold customer funds or securities.

V73 support will never ask for a brokerage password, exchange password, API key, seed phrase, recovery code, raw V73 installation credential, push token, or other trading-platform login credential.

5. Private Installation Identity

V73 currently operates without a username-and-password account. The app uses a private installation identity to separate supported app data for each installation.

A normal installation and a copy installed in Secure Folder, a work profile, another device profile, or another supported device may maintain separate identities, tracked portfolios, histories, settings, decisions, and notification registrations.

Clearing app storage or uninstalling may remove locally stored installation information and may prevent access to installation-specific app state. Review the Support page before clearing storage when assistance or deletion is needed.

6. Security and Integrity

V73 may use app, device, installation, request, and integrity-related signals to protect supported backend access, detect abuse or tampering, and enforce security controls. Attempts to bypass security controls, impersonate another installation, misuse service endpoints, or interfere with the service are prohibited.

7. Market and Data Risk

Financial markets can move quickly and unpredictably. Information may become outdated, incorrect, delayed, incomplete, conflicting, or unavailable because of market conditions, data-provider limits, technical issues, or other factors. Users should not rely solely on V73 when making financial decisions.

8. App Availability and Notifications

V73 may experience downtime, interruptions, delayed data, notification failures, software bugs, device-specific issues, or backend service problems. V73 Technologies LLC is not responsible for losses or missed opportunities caused by app errors, delays, outages, notification issues, incorrect information, or a user's failure to independently review a setup.

9. Experimental and Watch-Only Features

Some V73 features may be experimental, report-only, watch-only, limited, unavailable, or changed over time. Watch-only or report-only features do not create or execute real trades.

10. Pricing and Availability

Google Play is the current Android release path and availability may depend on account, region, testing track, release status, and eligibility. An iPhone/iOS release through Apple's App Store is planned for a broader promotion and public-launch stage, but V73 does not represent an App Store version as publicly available until that listing is approved and accessible. Subscription billing is not currently active. Future pricing, subscription plans, supported platforms, and feature availability may change and will be disclosed before they are offered.

11. Age Requirement

V73 is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. Persons under 18 may not use V73 or its services. By using V73, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and can independently understand and accept trading risk.

12. Privacy

Use of V73 is also governed by the V73 Privacy Policy.

13. Support and Data Deletion

14. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Updated terms will be posted with a revised date. Continued use of V73 after an update means you accept the updated terms.
